Shipping Policy — Scenties

1. Standard Delivery Timeframes

Scenties offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted and verified courier partners.

Lahore	2–3 working days
Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.)	3–5 working days
Other Cities & Remote Areas	5–7 working days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or operational delays from courier partners.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Delivery: Available on all orders above PKR 10,000.
Standard Shipping: PKR 350 for orders below PKR 10,000.

3. High-Value Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to PKR 20,000.
For orders above PKR 20,000, a 70% advance payment is required to confirm your order.
For orders above PKR 50,000, a 100% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

This ensures secure handling, faster delivery, and product availability for premium orders.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PST) on a working day are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email.
You can use the provided link to track your order in real time until delivery.

6. Undeliverable Orders

If the recipient is unavailable or unreachable at the provided address:

Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times.
If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Re-dispatch may require an additional shipping fee.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that accurate and complete shipping details are provided at checkout.
Scenties is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Failed deliveries due to inaccessible or unattended locations.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or missing items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via:

9. International Shipping

Currently, Scenties ships only within Pakistan.
